In the future, there might be more female than male turtles so turtle populations will be under threat. Koalas live in trees and eat eucalyptus leaves. However, as a result of Increased levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, eucalyptus leaves contain less protein. Therefore, koalas rave to look for alternative sources of food which puts thern at risk of attack by other animals. Global warming has also resulted in more wildfires and because itoalas live in woods, their habitat is at risk.
